转型的阵痛:新时期我国校外教育课程建设问题透视——对华东地区十二所校外教育机构的访谈分析 被引量:13

摘要 新世纪以来,我国校外教育呈现由场馆建设(硬件)到内涵发展(软件)转变的态势,校外教育科学化、规范化建设及其如何与学校教育"一体两翼"、协同推动素质教育发展,成为当前校外教育理论、实践工作者的重要使命。内涵发展意味着深掘、内挖校外教育场所的育人潜力,从"蹦蹦跳跳"经验化、随意性的活动范畴向科学、高效且与学校课程有机沟通、衔接的规范化的课程体系迈进。本文通过对华东地区十二所不同类别的公益性校外教育机构负责人、教务管理人员及一线教师的访谈分析,揭示了当前我国校外教育课程建设领域亟待解决的问题,并提出通过机构层面的课程建设低重心、针对性、自下而上的解决课程问题进而恢复校外教育机构的课程"造血"功能的重要性。 Since the new century, our outside school education has developed from venues building stage (hardware) to the connotation development (software). The trend of scientific and standardization of construction of outside school education, which combine with school together promoting the development of quality education, has become the important mission for the researchers. Connotation development means digging up the potential of outside education, transforming from the "umping", optional activity category to the scientific, efficient and effective curriculum system. Curriculum construction plays key role to the development of the current school education connotation. Through investing twelve outside school education institutions, interviewing with headmasters, educational administrators and first-line teachers, revealing the current curriculum construction problems urgently to be solved in outside school education, and putting emphasis on the institutional level curriculum planning, thus we can provide specific solutions to solve our problems, healing the "blood-making" function of outside school education.
