摘要
ICT在全球教育领域快速发展十多年来,许多国家和国际组织都尝试利用其推动教育公平、提高教育质量,从根本上减少贫困。本文以中国首次在国际组织中设立的教育信托基金为切入点,考察了ICT在当前非洲发展中国家教育发展与改革进程中,特别是教师教育方面取得的成效与面临的挑战,探讨了相关对策,有助于我们在"一带一路"的战略背景下开展国际教育信息化发展的比较研究。
With the rapid development of ICT in education globally, many countries and international agencies are trying hard to make the advantage of ICT in promoting education equity and improving education quality. Taking the newly established UNESCO-China Funds-in-Trust as the starting point, the research investigates the achievements and challenges of ICT in teacher education development, in the process of African education reform and development; as well as the counter measures, in order to assist in the comparative study of international development of ICT in education under the strategic context of "One belt, One Road".
