摘要
透明质酸在药学领域具有良好的应用前景,经其修饰后的药物,水溶性提高、体内滞留时间延长、疗效增强、不良反应降低,且具有独特的肿瘤靶向性和良好的生物相容性。本文介绍了透明质酸修饰药物的常见策略,并结合具体实例,阐述了透明质酸对小分子抗肿瘤药、抗炎药和生物大分子药物修饰的研究进展。
Hyaluronic acid holds great promise for pharmaceutical application. After its molecule modification, the drug has increased aqueous solubility, prolonged residence time within body, enhanced therapeutic efficiency, reduced side effects, great tumor targeting and biocompatibility. This review discussed the common chemical strategies for modifying drugs by hyaluronic acid and summarized recent advances in hyaluronic acid-modified drugs, such as small molecules antineoplastic agents, anti- inflammatory agents and biological macromolecular drugs using selected examples from literatures.
