摘要
产甲烷技术因其具有废物资源综合利用和净化环境的双重功效而备受关注。为了解分子生物学技术在产甲烷古菌多样性研究中的应用,文章重点论述了分子生物学技术在产甲烷古菌多样性研究中应用的研究进展,旨在对后续我国北方地区低温甲烷古菌的研究和技术开发进行指导。
Methane - producing technology is a matter of great concern due to its dual effect of comprehensive utilization of waste resources and purifying environment. To understand the application of molecular biology technology in the study on the diversity of methane - producing ar- chaea, this paper focuses on discussing the research progress of on the application of molecular biology technology in the study on the diversity of methane - producing archea. It aims to provide guidance for subsequent research and technological development of methane - producing archaea at low temperature in the northern area of China.
