摘要
牛磺酸的作用广泛且效果显著,已成为海内外学者的关注对象。牛磺酸的化学性质稳定,牛磺酸可以从海洋生物中大量提取,可参与维持机体内环境稳态,对机体受损脏器有一定的修复作用,对大脑的发育也有保护和营养作用,亦可增强机体的记忆功能。同时牛磺酸无味、无毒,对机体无不良反应,因此在医药及食品领域备受青睐,文章针对牛磺酸在大脑发育中的作用及其临床应用展开综述。
Taurine has been paid great attention by the scholars at home and abroad due to its wide range of significant effects. Taurine has sta- ble chemical property, and can be massively extracted from marine organisms. Taurine can participate in the maintenance of homeostasis and can repair the damage of organs in the body. Furthermore, it has protective and nutritional effects on brain development, and also enhances the memory function of the body. Meanwhile, taurine is tasteless, non - toxic and has no side effects on the body, so it is more widely accepted in the fields of medicine and food. This paper reviews the effect of taurine in brain development and its clinical application.
