猪卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ISCI)技术的研究进展

摘要 卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)技术集显微操作技术与体外受精于一体,先后在人和多种家畜动物上成功获得后代,并且被广泛应用于人类辅助生殖、动物性控胚胎制备、转基因动物生产和哺乳动物受精机制等方面的研究。文章以猪为研究对象,综述了猪ICSI技术的研究现状、影响因素及其存在的问题。
