摘要 为了研究卵母细胞体外成熟过程中葡萄糖对卵母细胞成熟及胚胎发育能力的影响,试验在化学成分确定的培养基中分别添加不同浓度的葡萄糖,测定了猪卵母细胞成熟率、卵裂率和囊胚细胞数等。结果表明:在无糖CR-1液中猪卵母细胞能够成熟,在成熟液中添加10 mmol/L葡萄糖有助于提高卵母细胞成熟率。说明无糖CR-1液可以用于猪卵母细胞体外成熟过程中的糖代谢研究。 To study the effect of glucose on maturation of oocytes in the process of in vitro maturation of oocytes, different concentrations of glu- cose were added into the culture medium which the chemical composition had been defined. The maturation rate, cleavage rate, blastocyst cell number, etc. of porcine oocytes was determined. The result showed that porcine oocytes could be successfully matured in a glucose - free CR - 1 liquid. Adding 10 mmol/L glucose into the maturation liquid helped to improve the maturation rate of porcine oocytes. The result indicates that glucose - free CR - 1 liquid can be used for the research of glucose metabolism in the process of in vitro maturation of porcine ooeytes.
