石榴皮多酚体外抗氧化作用研究 被引量:2

The Antioxidant Activity of Pomegranate Peel Polyphenols in Vitro

摘要 对石榴皮多酚体外抗氧化作用进行比较研究。以没食子酸和石榴皮多酚粗提物作对照,探究了其对DPPH自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用以及对脂质过氧化的抑制作用,通过各自的半清除浓度来表征其抗氧化能力的强弱。结果表明,石榴皮多酚粗提物、纯化物和没食子酸在对不同体外自由基的清除作用存在一定的差异,在对DPPH和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用上,石榴皮粗多酚最强,半清除浓度分别为14.05和3 829.52 mg/m L,而石榴皮多酚纯化物最弱;但在对羟自由基的清除作用上,石榴皮多酚纯化物则最强,石榴皮粗多酚最弱,其半清除浓度分别为30.13和33.89 mg/m L;在对脂质过氧化的抑制作用上,没食子酸最强,石榴皮多酚纯化物次之,石榴皮粗多酚最弱,半清除浓度分别为13.92,15.77和18.85 mg/m L。在体外石榴皮多酚具有较强的抗氧化作用。 The comparison of antioxidant activity of Pomegranate Peel Polyphenols(PPP) in vitro was studied,using gallic acid(GA) and pomegranate peel polyphenol extracts(PPPE) as control,which on the DPPH radicals(·DPPH),hydroxyl radicals(· OH),superoxide anion free radical(· O2^-) and inhibition of lipid peroxidation were studied.The antioxidant capacity was characterized through the half scavenging concentration.The result indicated that there were certain differences in different scavenging effect on free radicals in PPP,PPPE and GA.To the ·DPPH and ·O_2^-,the PPPE was the strongest,the half scavenging concentration was 14.05 and 3 829.52 mg/mL,while the PPP was the weakest.But to the·OH,the PPP was the strongest and the PPPE was the weakest,the half scavenging concentration was 30.13 and 33.89 mg/mL,respectively.The half inhibitory concentration of lipid peroxidation in PPPE,PPP and GA was 13.92,15.77 and 18.85 mg/mL,respectively.GA was the strongest,while the PPPE was the weakest.The PPP had a high antioxidant activity in vitro.
