摘要
利用倾注平板、膜过滤等微生物检测方法,对某饮料厂的水处理环节、周围环境、果粒橙样品、果粒奶优样品进行微生物检测。按国标检测菌落总数,36℃培养72 h;检测霉菌/酵母,25℃培养120 h;按国标检测大肠菌群,36℃培养48 h;每隔24 h观察结果并记录。依据检测结果,提出生产中改进方案。
Pour microbial detection methods use flat,membrane filtration,water treatment plant for a beverage sectors,surroundings,orange fruit samples,excellent fruit milk samples for microbiological testing.The total number of colonies,cultured in 36℃ for 72 h are detected according to GB;Mold/yeast,cultured in 25℃ for 120 h are detected;Coliform bacteria,cultured in 36℃ for 48 h,are detected according to GB;Record and observe at 24 h intervals.Based on the detection results,the production improvement program is put forward.
