摘要
蛋禽规模化养殖是一种具有较高经济效益的常规养殖产业,禽蛋产量大、人工装箱工作量大、禽蛋收集装箱自动化水平低。为解决蛋禽工厂化规模养殖的禽蛋装箱难题,设计了一种禽蛋检测与装箱自动化装置。该装置主要是通过摄像头采集禽蛋图像,经DSP处理判断禽蛋蛋壳是否出现破损,并用吸盘组把检测通过的禽蛋由三个自由度的丝杠控制运动路线实现装入箱中。MSP430单片机是整个装置的控制核心,通过薄膜按键选择工作模式,1602液晶屏实时显示装置的工作状态,单片机I/O口变换高低电平产生脉冲,使步进电机转动,从而带动装置完成相应传动动作,单片机通过控制继电器的吸合,进而控制电磁阀的开合,使装置完成吸盘、吸蛋和放蛋的动作。试验结果表明,该装置水平、垂直和前后定位精度在1.5 mm以内,好壳蛋检测准确率达96.4%,具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,适合于蛋禽工厂化及小型化养殖。
Scale cultivation of poultry for egg production is one kind conventional breeding industry which has the higher economic efficiency,high production of eggs,large workload of artificial packing,low automation level of egg collection and packing.In order to solve the problem of egg packing from poultry for egg production industrial scale breeding,it is designed which is an inspection and packing automation equipment device of eggs.The device is mainly to collect egg image,process and judge whether the eggshell is damaged by the DSP and eggs through detection are packed in boxes with the suckers by control movement route of screw of three degrees of freedom.MSP430 MCU is the control core of the whole device,which selects the mode of operation through the film button,1602 LCD screen real time displays device working state,the I/O port of the SCM transforms level and generates a pulse that make the stepping motor to rotate,so as to drive the device to complete the corresponding driving action.The micro controller controls relays pull,then controls the solenoid valve opening and closing,so that the device completes the suction the action of to cup eggs and put eggs.The results show that the positioning accuracy of the device in horizontal,vertical and longitudinal is within 1.5 mm;Detection accuracy rate of good shell eggs is 96.4%.It has good stability and reliability,and is suitable for poultry for egg production plant and miniaturization breeding.
