摘要
在啤酒糖化生产过程,温度控制存在大滞后性和非线性变化的问题,造成了啤酒糖化生产控制系统的品质严重下降。在研究PID控制的基础上,提出了新的控制方法,即Bang-Bang+模糊PID控制。在此基础上,研究出以S7-300为硬件载体的新控制器,它结合了Bang-Bang控制和模糊PID控制各自的优点,很大程度上改善了温度控制系统的性能,提高系统的响应速度,控制精度及稳定性。最后,分别采用PID和Bang-Bang+模糊PID控制对系统的温度调节进行仿真,验证新控制器的优良特性。
Because of the big lag problem and nonlinear variation in temperature control process, there is a huge fall of production quality control system in beer brewing. Based on the study of PID algorithm, provide the control system with Bang-Bang+ fuzzy PID control algorithm. Carrier with S7-300 as the hardware design of new controller, this controller combines the respective merits of fuzzy PID and Bang-Bang controller, which largely improves the quality of temperature control system, changes the response speed of system, controls accuracy and stability. At the end of passenger, show the results of simulations of two kinds of controller, the huge disparity will illustrate the advantage of Bang-Bang+ fuzzy PID control, which proves the good quality of new controller.
