摘要
以丙烯酸乳液作为成膜物质,加入合适的颜料和助剂,制备了一种水性可剥涂料。研究了乳液配比、颜料和剥离剂用量对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:当柔性丙烯酸乳液和硬质丙烯酸乳液配比为2∶1、颜基比为0.6、剥离剂用量为1.0%时,所制涂膜综合性能较好。其剥离强度适中,在耐水、耐高低温、耐紫外老化、耐候性等方面表现出色,完全满足户外全天候的使用要求。
A water-based strippable protective coating was prepared using acrylic emulsions as binder with a suitable amount of pigment and additives. The effects of the proportions of emulsions as well as the dosages of pigment and stripper on the performance of the cured film were studied. The results indicated that the coating prepared based on 2:1 soft acrylic emulsion and hard acrylic emulsion with 1.0% stripper at a pigment-to-binder ratio of 0.6 has a good comprehensive performance, as shown by a suitable peeling strength and good resistance to water, high and low temperatures, ultraviolet aging and weather, meeting the requirement of all-weather use.
