摘要
用价格低廉的偏苯三酸酐代替部分价格较贵的均苯四甲酸二酐,加上适量2-苯基咪唑啉,合成了一种环氧树脂用新型消光固化剂HC69。考察了主要原料用量对产品收率及漆膜光泽的影响,得到优化配方为:偏苯三酸酐76g,均苯四甲酸二酐126g,2-苯基咪唑啉172g,水600g。使用红外光谱仪表征了产物。该消光固化剂几乎达到了市售消光剂B68的性能,可替代或与之混合使用,但成本更低。
A new extinction curing agent HC69 for epoxy resin was synthesized using trimellitic anhydride, which is relatively cheap, to replace part of the expensive pyromellitic dianhydride, and a suitable amount of 2-phenylimidazoline. The effects of the contents of main raw materials on product yield and gloss of the cured film were studied. The optimal formulation was determined as follows: trimellitic anhydride 76 g, pyromellitic dianhydride 126 g, 2-phenylimidazoline 172 g and water 600 g. The product obtained thereby was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The curing agent HC69 has nearly the same performances as the commercial extinction curing agent B68, and can be substituted for B68 or blended with it with much lower cost.
