对外贸易对产业集群的影响--以江苏省纺织业为例

对外贸易通过贸易成本、国际资本流动、国际分散化生产等因素影响产业集群。研究结果发现,贸易成本的变动对产业集群的影响最为明显,其次是以加工贸易为代表的国际化分散生产、以外商直接投资为代表的国际资本流动对产业集群的影响甚微。因此,要促进江苏省纺织业集群的发展,当地政府就应力求降低贸易成本,抓住国际分散化生产的契机,引进更多的加工贸易,同时切忌盲目引进外商直接投资,而应更多凭借国民收入的提高促进江苏省纺织业的集群发展,提高江苏省纺织业的集群经济效应。

Foreign trade influences the industrial cluster through trade cost, international capital flows, diversification of production factors and so on. The results found that the influence of trade costs on the industrial cluster is the most obvious, the second is the internationalization dispersed production represented by processing trade, and international capital flows represented by foreign direct investment has little effect on the industrial clusters. So, in order to promote the development of textile industry cluster in Jiangsu province, the local government should strive to reduce trade costs, take the opportunity of the international diversified production, and introduce more and more processing trades. At the same time government should avoid introducing foreign direct investment blindly, more rely on the improvement of national incomes to promote and improve the economic effect of textile industry cluster in Jiangsu province.
