厦门自贸区特色及其差异化发展路径选择

在上海自贸综合试验区取得初步成功之后,我国正紧锣密鼓地推进广东、天津、福建的第二批自贸区建设,这是我国改革开放顶层设计中"特之又特"并施以"先试先行"的结果。厦门是我国首批四个经济特区之一,是对台经济合作的前沿,也是福建自贸区中最大的片区。通过对厦门自贸区的发展定位、核心功能、对台优势进行分析,探讨其多层面初显的动态活力,提出其独自的创新路径,得出厦门自贸区应突出对台特色、实施差异化发展的结论,以期有效促进厦门自贸区发展。

After Shanghai free trade comprehensive experimental zone achieved an initial success, China is redoubling its efforts to promote the second batch of free trade zone in Guangdong, Tianjin and Fujian, which is the most special top-level design and was awarded the ＂pilot＂ reform and opening to the outside world. Xiamen is one of the first four special economic zones in China and the forefront of economic cooperation in Taiwan, and also the largest area of Fujian free trade zone. Through the analysis of profiles, positioning, core functions and the advantages to Taiwan of Xiamen free trade zone, the paper explores the multi-level incipient dynamic vigour, puts forward its own path of innovation, and draws a conclusion that the Xiamen free trade zone should highlight the characteristics of Taiwan and implement the differential development as to expect that Xiamen could strengthen the promotion of constructing the free trade zones in China.implementation of＂ a development difference＂ conclusion.
