摘要
"大数据"背景下的患者隐私保护业已成为医疗卫生领域大数据发展应用的焦点问题,文章从患者隐私的立法保护角度入手,综述国外各主要地区代表性国家及国内的隐私保护立法情况,总结欧美发达国家患者隐私的基本立法保护原则,揭示我国患者隐私保护立法尚处于初级阶段的基本现状,给出我国开展隐私保护立法工作的建议。
Under the background of＂big data＂,the protection of patients＇ privacy has already become a focus in development of big data in medical and health services.Starting from legislation protection of patients＇ privacy,the status of legislation on protecting patients＇ privacy at home and broad was reviewed.And the fundamental principles of legislative protection in Europe and USA were summarized.Based on which,some suggestions on legislation on protecting patients＇ privacy in China were put forward.
