老年农民健康认知及体检现状的调查与分析——基于温岭市五个乡镇的调研

Investigation and Analysis of the Aged Farmer's Health Awareness and the Situation of Healthy Examination——Based on the Search of Five Towns of Wenling

目的:调查了解参合农民的健康认知及免费体检的现状,分析如何进一步促进农民参加健康体检。方法:对浙江省温岭市的5个乡镇农民发放300份问卷,获得有效问卷233份,使用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。内容:了解农民的健康意识、参加免费体检情况以及存在的问题。结果:老年农民普遍对自身健康状况较满意,农民健康意识受性别、年龄、经济状况、生活习惯等影响。农民参检率与收入、年龄、地区、锻炼情况和自我健康评估有关。农民参检积极性受主客观两方面因素的影响。结论:农民的健康意识有待提高,体检的参与率较高,对体检的满意度也较高,因此,要加强健康宣传和教育,来提高农民的健康认知,通过提高体检质量以进一步提高参检积极性。

Objective To investigate the aged farmers‘health awareness and the situation of free medical examination,then to analyze how to promote the positivity of participation.Methods There were 300 questionnaires distributed in a random sample of five townships,233 valid questionnaires were obtained,then input data into SPSS 22. 0 for statistical analyses.Content In order to understand the farmers ‘health awareness and the existing problems of the examination. Result Most of the aged farmers are satisfied to their own health,the awareness of health is affected by gender,age,income,habits and so on.Farmers‘participation is related with income,age,region,and exercise and self-health assessment.The enthusiasm of farmers＇ participation is affected by both subjective and objective factors.Conclusion Firstly the farmers＇ health awareness needs to be improved,moreover the participation rate is high while the satisfaction rate of examination is high as while.Therefore,there is necessary to improve health awareness by strengthening health promotion and education,besides,in order to further improve participation enthusiasm,medical quality need to be enhanced.
