摘要
提出一种特高压直流输电线路单端电流方向暂态保护方法。来自特高压直流输电线路本侧区外和来自对侧的故障电流在突变方向上具有明显的差异,据此判断故障信号来自对侧还是本侧区外;如故障信号来自对侧,则利用希尔伯特黄变换求出故障信号的第一个固有模态函数(IMF1)瞬时频率,提取瞬时频率最大值从而判断故障位于对侧区内还是区外。给出一种特高压直流输电线路单端电流暂态保护方案。在PSCAD仿真平台上对提出的方法进行仿真验证。
A single-ended current direction transient protection of UHVDC transmission line is put forward. Fault current signal outside the region is obviously different in mutation direction from the one at the opposite side. So the direction where the fault signal comes from can be judged. UHVDC boundary and transmission line have attenuation to fault current. If the fault signal comes from the opposite internal, with HHT the instantaneous frequency of IMF1 is calculated. Then, from the maximum value of instantaneous frequency, whether the fault is from the opposite internal or external fault can be judged. A transient current protection scheme of UHVDC transmission line is given. The simulation results of PSCAD verify the protection scheme.
