电励磁磁通切换电机励磁故障下发电运行研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对电励磁磁通切换电机(EE-FSM)的独特定子结构配置,提出一种在励磁绕组发生故障、无励磁磁场时,以开关磁阻发电机(SRG)模式运行的控制策略。首先分析了EE-FSM以SRG模式运行的基本原理,然后以一台12/10 EE-FSM为研究对象,提出一种6相SRG发电运行控制方案。在此基础上,采用有限元法分析了电机以SRG模式运行时的磁场分布、电枢绕组磁链、电枢电流以及电功率输出能力等电磁特性。分析结果表明,EE-FSM在励磁绕组故障条件下可运行于SRG模式,从而可改善EE-FSM发电运行状态的可靠性。 Due to the unique stator configuration of the typical electrical excitation flux-switching machine (EE-FSM), a new control strategy for the situation of excitation coil fault and no excitation magnetic field, in which the EE-FSM can be regarded as working in the switch reluctance generator (SRG) mode, ispresented and analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the principles of the EE-FSM working in the SRG mode are investigated. Then, the control strategy of the six-phase SRG operation for a 12/10 EE-FSM is proposed to achieve the power generation in the SRG mode. The electromagnetic properties, including the distribution of magnetic field, the flux linkage of armature windings, the armature current, and the capacity of electrical power output etc. , are analyzed by using finite element analysis (FEA). The results confirm that the EE-FSM can work in the SRG mode in the fault situation. Hence, the power-generation reliability of EE-FSM can be improved.
