全球化背景下劳动收入份额的影响分析

An Analysis of Labor Income Share under the Globalization Background

近年来,劳动收入份额下降的现象引起了国内外广泛关注。本文梳理了封闭经济条件下关于劳动收入份额下降的经济发展与结构调整、有偏技术进步、市场结构等影响因素。然而,在劳动收入份额下降的这段时期里,经济全球化逐渐影响着每个国家的国民经济活动,不可避免地也影响着要素收入分配的格局,本文从全球化或资本流动改变要素谈判力量和国际贸易导致偏向型技术进步两个维度,考察了劳动收入份额下降的全球化因素。

In recent years, the decline of labor share of income has drawn a lot of attention and produced an extensive literature around the world. This paper firstly reviews the factors used to explain the decline of labor share un-der the condition of closed economy, such as economic development in structural adjustment, biased technology progress, market structure and so on. We can see that, during the period of labor share decline, economic glob-alization has gradually penetrated each country 's national economy and therefore, inevitably affected the coun-try's arrangement of income distribution. Under the background of globalization, we investigates the influencing factors of labor share decline from two aspects, globalization or capital flows changing the negotiation power be-tween labor and capital, and international trade inducing biased technology progress. Labor share is fundamental for the national income distribution, and is also an important factor for income inequality, so, we provide a dif-ferent perspective for the study of national income distribution, as well as trade and income inequality.
