《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》首次将"绿色化"与新型工业化、城镇化、信息化与农业现代化并列,将加快推进生态文明建设赋予全球视野,把"绿色化"上升到构筑新的综合国力和国际竞争力的高度。"绿色化"的提出,是中国生态文明建设与全球可持续发展理念深度融合的重要契机,也是未来中国引领世界绿色低碳发展的重要历史机遇。"绿色化"为经济转型期国家的可持续发展提供了重要范本,并将成为解决气候系统保护与经济发展矛盾的重要突破口,也将是中国引领"一带一路"沿线国家实现绿色发展的重要抓手。绿色发展观、绿色能源、绿色工业化等将成为中国国际竞争力的重要来源。

Green development becomes the source of China＇s international competitiveness and its comprehensive national power. China will encounter with its great opportunity as a leader of the world＇s low-carbon revolution through green development, which will be integrated with the sustainable development of the world. Green development provides an important model for the transitional countries all over the world and a great breakthrough of the global warming issues, and will help the countries of the ＂one belt one road＂ project realize their sustainable development.
