纤维增强大流动度RPC性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 测试试件28 d的抗压强度、抗折强度、静弹性模量等力学性能及浆体流动性能。研究了不同种类的纤维及掺量对RPC的增强作用,试验结果发现:细钢纤维提高了RPC的力学性能,尤其抗折强度最大可提高102%,且其流动度均大于25 cm;聚丙烯纤维的掺入对RPC的力学性能影响较小,反而增加了RPC内部的薄弱环节。研究了不同水胶比对掺不同种类纤维RPC的影响,试验结果发现:当水胶比控制0.18到0.20之间时,较好的满足了配合料的均质性,同时具有良好的力学性能和流动性能;而当水胶比提高至0.22时出现了泌水现象。 Through the compressive strength test, flexural strength test, static modulus of elasticity test and fluidity diameter test for 28 d to study the enhancement of different kinds of fibers and different volume dosage, test results show that steel fiber can have an appreciable increase in mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete(RPC) ,especially in flexural strength and the maximum increases of 28 d is 102%, and RPC has a fluidity more than 25 cm PP fiber has a less impact on the mechanical properties of RPC,instead, the internal weakness will increase.To investigate the effect of water - binder ratio for different kinds of fiber reinforced RPC, test results show that the homogeneity of the batch is better when the water - binder ratio between 0.18 and 0.20 as well as the mechanical properties and the fluidity are all better and RPC appears the phenomenon of bleeding when the water - binder increased to 0.22.
