新型无熟料再生微粉矿渣复合胶凝材料的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 基于正交试验,以脱硫石膏、矿渣和再生微粉为主要原料,并掺入适量钢渣和复掺少量激发剂,探讨了各种矿物成分掺量对新型无熟料胶凝材料强度、安定性、标准稠度需水量和凝结时间的影响,找出达到32.5级强度水泥等级的配合比,研究了养护条件对新型无熟料胶凝材料强度的影响,并得到了各矿物组成的最佳配合比设计。 With desulfurized gypsum, regeneration powder and slag as main raw material, mixed appropriate amount steel slag and compound addition a little of activator, and based on orthogonal test. It explored the various mineral ingredients dosage impact on the performance of the new clinker - free cementing material, such as strength, stability, standard consistency water quantity and setting time. It find the intensity level reached 32.5 grade cement mixing ratio and study the influence of curing conditions on the strength of the new clinker - free cementing material, then can get the best of the mix design about the mineral composition.
