摘要
针对某工程混凝土构件表面爆裂的现象,采用超声波法、雷达法、钻芯法等现场检测方法分别对爆裂部位混凝土内部裂缝与爆裂点及混凝土强度进行了检测,同时对爆裂点中心所产生淡白色粉沫固态物质进行了X衍射分析。依据现场检测、X衍射分析结果及现场调研情况,综合分析了混凝土构件表面爆裂现象产生的原因,指出混凝土表面爆裂是由于混凝土骨料中混入了少量的生石灰浇筑与水作用,体积急剧膨胀所导致。并依据结构受力构件种类及爆裂破环程度的不同,提出了相应的修复处理方案。可为类似工程的分析与处理提供参考。
It had focused on the occurrence of burst which is on the surface of concrete members, in a actual project. And a detection was made to ensure the internal crack, burst points of the concrete and the concrete strength nearing the burst point by the field detection means, including ultrasonic method, radar method, core drilling method. At the same time, the pale white powder solid matter which was produced by the burst of concrete, was detected by X - ray diffraction. On basis of all the detection results and the surveys, A comprehensive analysis of the causes of the burst on concrete component surface was conducted. Causing by the stability of cement and the quality problem of alkali activated materials was approved impossible.And it was confirmed that the burst on concrete component surface was caused by the hydration of limestone which was mixed in the concrete. And according to the types of component and the different ranks of damage caused by burst, the repair corresponding treatment plans were put forward respectively. It can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar project.
