充填废弃输油管线用粉煤灰浆体材料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以粉煤灰为主要原材料,掺入10%-15%的水泥,利用聚羧酸系高性能减水剂DW—Ⅰ和DWB01,增稠剂CMC等外加剂技术,研究制备出一种低成本的满足流动性、抗压强度等性能要求的废弃输油管线充填用的粉煤灰浆体材料。该粉煤灰浆体材料流动时间达6h以上,标准养护28d抗压强度1.8-2.8MPa,材料成本约70~80元/t,利用废弃输油管线的局部高位差,分段注入管道进行充填,可实现自流输送,并能充满管道端位和自密实,进一步减少了相关充填设备和施工投入,经济效益显著。 Using fly ash as main raw material,adding 10% to 15% of cement,the use of polycarboxylic high performance water- reducing agent DW - Ⅰ and DWB01 ,thickening agent CMC technology to study the preparation of a kind of low cost fly ash paste material, which can meet fluidity, compressive strength and other performance requirements, to fill with the waste oil pipeline. The fluidity time of this fly ash paste material can be more than 6 hours, standard curing 28 d and the compression strength is 1.8-2.8 MPa.The material cost is about 70-80 Yuan/t.The filling material can make use of the local high head level difference of waste oil pipeline,filling it by sectional injection, which can realize gravity transportation, as well as can be full of the pipe end and self- compacting, thereby further reducing the relevant filling equipment and the construction investment. The economic benefit is remarkable.
