摘要 以顾北矿南翼(11-2)煤层回风巷过F104断层异常带巷道为工程背景,介绍了断层区域岩石裂隙发育,局部富水性较强,岩层软化膨胀变形、泥化程度高等支护特点,在掘前超前加固及掘后有效支护、充分利用和发挥围岩的自承载能力的基础上,用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验相结合的综合研究方法,系统研究了顾北矿F104断层异常地质构造带巷道安全掘进与加固技术,结果说明了围岩经过注浆加固后裂隙得到充填,巷道围岩没有出现新的裂隙及离层现象,顺利通过断层构造带,取得工业性试验成功。 Abstract : Based on the engineering background of Gubei coal mine south wing 11-2 coal seam air return roadway crossing F104 fault anomaly zone roadway, the paper introduces characteristics of the fault zone including rock fracture development, partially water rich, rock softening and swelling deformation and high degree of argillization. On the foundation of advance reinforcement before tunneling and effective support after tunnling, and making full use of surrounding rock's carrying capacity, the paper uses a comprehensive research method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, to study the safe tunneling and reinforcement technology for roadways in F104 abnormal tectonic fault zone of Gubei coal mine. The results show that, no fractures and separation phenomenon appeared after grouting, roadway passed through fault zone smoothly, the industrial test was successful.
