摘要
针对综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、污染严重的现状,采取了高效泡沫降尘技术,详细分析了泡沫降尘机理,研究了采用泡沫提高降尘效率的原因,并根据综掘工作面生产条件和生产工艺设计了泡沫除尘系统各部件的工作参数和固定方式,对不同湿润剂添加比例条件下的工作面粉尘浓度进行测试,结果表明,其总粉尘降尘效率为914%~942%,显著降低了工作面的粉尘浓度。
Aiming at the high dust concentration and serious pollution in the fully mechanized excavation face, efficient foam dust control technology was applied. The foam dust control mechanism and the dust control efficiency enhancement were analyzed. And the working parameters and fixed ways of each component of the foam dedusting system were designed according to the production conditions and process. The dust concentration in fully mechanized excavation face was tested with different wetting agent added ratio, the result showed that, the total dust reduction efficiency of dust was 91.4% 94. 2%, the dust concentration was significantly reduced.
