受电力体制改革影响的煤炭行业发展对策探讨

Discussion on countermeasures for coal industry under electric power system reformation

电力体制的改革会对煤炭行业发展产生较大影响,针对煤炭行业如何更好应对改革冲击的问题,在分析2002年和本次电力体制改革对煤炭行业利弊基础上,得出中长期将以不利影响为主。提出了煤炭行业应采取加强煤炭行业联合、积极参与配售电侧改革、进一步加强与相关行业的联合、扩展煤炭行业发展空间的四项对策来应对电力体制改革。可以为煤炭行业应对电力体制改革提供一定的借鉴意义。

Electric power system reformation will have great influence on the coal industry development, to the problem that how to better cope with the impact, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages to coal industry in 2002 and the current reformation, the medium and long term will give priority to the adverse effects. This paper puts forward that the coal industry should take four countermeasures including coal industry joint, actively participating in electricity allocation and sale reformation, strengthening of inter-industry joint, extending development space of coal industry, which can provide certain practical significance for the coal industry to respond to the electric power system reformation.
