The effect of internal stress,iron ferrite content and grain size on acoustic velocity

摘要 为了研究金属材料内应力、铁素体含量和晶粒尺寸对声速的影响,以牌号分别为1Cr17Ni2、2Cr13的两种不同材质的不锈钢(其中同种材料进行了不同温度的热处理)为例测试了不同热处理温度下材料的声速;并对热处理温度较低、未达到相变温度的3Cr13金属材料的微观组织结构中铁素体含量变化进行推测。结果表明,纵波声速取决于热处理后组织的铁素体含量、内应力大小和晶粒尺寸。当热处理温度未达到相变温度时,即为无应力的状态,声速大小主要决定于铁素体含量的变化;当热处理温度达到相变温度时,即有内应力的状态,声速大小主要决定于铁素体含量、内应力大小和晶粒尺寸。 The effect of internal stress, iron ferrite content, grain size on acoustic velocity are in- vestigated. Two different material of stainless steels, 1CrlTNi2 and 2Cr13, with same material treated under different heat temperatures conditions are taken for examples. Acoustic velocity of different heat treatment temperature of metal materials is measured. The iron ferrite content in the 3Cr13 treated with low temperature is speculated when the phase transition has not occurred. The results show that the longitudinal wave velocity depends on material iron ferrite content, in- ternal stress size and grain size. If the heat treatment temperature does not reach the phase transi- tion temperature, which means that stainless steel is no stress, velocity magnitude mainly de- pends on ferrite content changes. If the heat treatment temperature is reached, that is, stainless steel has internal stress, velocity size mainly depends on material iron ferrite content, internal stress size and grain size.
