摘要
研究了用低品位钼粗精矿制备氧化钼,确定的工艺流程为钼粗精矿—氧化焙烧—多次循环碱浸—浸出液除磷—沉淀粗钼酸钙—除硫—沉淀钼—煅烧—氧化钼。试验结果表明:在580℃下氧化焙烧1.5h,9次循环碱浸,钼平均浸出率为85.42%;浸出液中除磷、硫过程中,钼回收率分别为99.64%、99.66%;钼综合回收率为84.82%,所得产品符合GB/T 24482—2009工业氧化钼质量要求。
The preparing molybdenum oxide using low-grade crude molybdenum concentrate was studied. The process flow was established as crude molybdenum concentrate-oxidizing roasting- multiple cyclic alkali leaching-removing of phosphorus-crude calcium molybdate precipitation-removing of sulfur-molybdenum precipitation-calcine. The results show that when the raw material is oxidizing roasted for 1. 5 h at 580 ℃, then is leached 9 cycles using alkali, leaching rate of molybdenum is 85.42%. And during removing of phosphorus and sulfur,the molybdenum recovery rates are 99.64% and 99.66% ,respectively. The comprehensive recovery of molybdenum is 84.82%. The product meets the quality requirements of GB/T 24482--2009 industrial molybdenum oxide.
