摘要
采用以六偏磷酸钠为主、以四硼酸锂为辅的混合熔剂,控制稀释比为1∶12,研究了物料组成、灼烧变量、熔融制样温度、时间、脱模剂等对熔融制样及后续光谱分析的影响。建立的六偏磷酸钠熔融-XRF分析方法有效地解决了铬铁矿样品X射线荧光光谱分析中熔融制样受硼酸锂熔剂限制的问题,降低了样品稀释比。该方法简便、快速、准确,完全满足铬铁矿样品日常分析要求。
Using sodium metaphosphate mixed with four lithium borate as fluxing agent, at the conditions of dilution ratio of 1 : 12, the effects of material composition, burning variables, melting temperature and time, release agents on fusion sample preparation and subsequent spectral analysis were investigated. The method of sodium metaphosphate melting-XRF analysis was established. The method solves effectively the limit of four lithium borate on fusion sample preparation of chromite samples,and reduce the dilution ratio. The method is simple, rapid, accurate. By verification, the method can meets the requirements of chromite samples analysis.
