自2009年提出创新增长合作后,APEC关于创新增长合作的内涵不断丰富,创新增长合作取得明显成效。面对世界经济下行风险和APEC成员之间创新能力的不平衡,2014年APEC北京峰会仍将"促进经济创新发展、改革与增长"作为重点议题之一,首次提出经济改革、新经济、创新增长、包容性支持和城镇化为创新增长合作的五大支柱。因此,有必要分析APEC北京峰会关于创新增长合作的最新进展,探讨五大支柱对创新增长合作的意义和成效,并提出中国推进创新增长合作的策略选择。

Sincc APEC proposed ＂Innovative Growth Cooperation＂ in 2009, its connotation has been increasing, and APEC has achieved remarkable results in this area. Facing the downside risks of global economy and the imbalancc of innovation capacity among different economies, the 2014 APEC summit held in Beijing has enlisted ＂promoting innovative development, economic reform and growth＂ as one of its priorities, it also identifies Economic Reform, New Economy, Innovative Growth, Inclusive Support and Urbanization as the five pillars of innovative growth cooperation for the first time. Therefore, it＇s necessary to analyze the latest progress of innovative growth cooperation at Beijing summit meeting, probe the significance of the five pillars to innovative growth cooperation, and propose China＇s strategic choices to promote innovativc growth coopcration,
