摘要
"一带一路"倡导的"共商、共建、共享、共赢"发展理念是21世纪全球治理的创新模式,它内涵了"普惠世界"的当代新国家主义发展观,也体现了中美新型大国关系的深化。澳门作为中国的一个特别行政区,"一国两制"不应成为一道封闭的墙,而应成为一条通向国家,走向世界的桥梁,所以,澳门要站在新发展观下,界定发展定位并积极参与"一带一路"的核心建设。
The devclopment concept of ＂The Belt and Road＂ is to encourage a co-operation at together with discussing, making, sharing and winning. It is a new model of world governance, not only brings out an outlook on development of contemporary new Nationalism from ＂contributions to world＂, but also gets new model of major power relationship showed in deep between USA and China. Macao as being a SAR of China, ＂One Country, Two Systems＂ should not be a wall and be a bridge that lead to the world. So, Macao needs to takc part in the core-construction of ＂The Belt and Road＂ positively by an outlook on development of contemporary new nationalism.
