“类高效城市”运作的现实可能性观察

Observation on the Operation Possibility of “Efficient City Like Model”

中国农村老年人群体中蕴藏着巨大的富足劳动力,从家庭伦理、市场机制、现代性逻辑和农民生活状况四个方面指出释放农村老年人口红利的可能性,并给出"类高效城市"这一村落运行模式。通过对浙江四地村落的田野调查案例的考察,阐述了以人口集中为前提、以老年人为运作主体、以"满足性休闲生产"为发展目标、以"老年人自我服务"为特征的农村老年人社会运作模型,即"类高效城市"。"类高效城市"利用市场化手段,经由各级政府引导、社工等专业机构介入评估等途径,为解决农村老年人口养老问题、释放农村老年人口红利提供了一种理论参考。

This article points out that China＇s rural elderly population is full of redundant labor.Meanwhile,it gives the possibility of the release of the rural elderly population dividend from four aspects of family ethics, market mechanisms, modern logic and living conditions of farmers, with the concept ＂Efficient City Like Model＂ village mode comes up.Through four villages fieldwork case study in Zhejiang Province, this paper describes ＂Efficient City Like Model＇as rural elderly social operation model.Population concentration is the prerequisite of it.The elderly is the main body for the operation. ＂Meet the leisure production＂ is the development goals, and it is characterized by ＂the elderly self-service＂. ＂Efficient City Like Model＂ use market-based instruments, assessed by all levels of government guidance, social workers and other professional bodies and other ways to solve the pension problem of rural elderly population.It rovides a theoretical reference to release rural elderly population dividend.
