摘要
通过自制的环氧胶粘剂的绝热温升设备测试了不同胺类固化剂以及添加稀释剂和增韧剂的环氧固化体系的绝热温升曲线和体系的收缩和内应力。结果表明,不同固化剂的绝热温升曲线不相同,固化体系放热峰值越高,升温、冷却速率越快,固化体系收缩和内应力越大。稀释剂和增韧剂的加入会引起绝热温升曲线明显右移,最大放热峰值向高温移动,固化体系的收缩和内应力减小。
The adiabatic temperature rise curve, shrinkage and internal stress of the epoxy curing systems with different amine curing agents, diluents and flexibilizer were tested by the self-made adiabatic temperature rise device for epoxy adhesive. The results showed that the adiabatic temperature rise curve was varied with the different curing agents. The higher the exothermic peak value, the faster the heating and cooling rate , the greater the shrinkage and internal stress of the cure system. By adding the diluents and flexibilizer, the adiabatic temperature rise curve shifted significantly to the right, the maximum exothermic peak moved to the higher temperature, the shrinkage and internal stress of the cured system were decreased.
