摘要
以强氧化性酸处理CT-R及1700环氧体系浇注件中的金属嵌件,通过拉伸强度测试研究了酸浓度、温度、清洁度等工艺参数对金属嵌件树脂结合力的影响。结果表明,针对CT—R树脂体系,最优处理工艺如下:碱洗30s,320mL/L硝酸处理30s,热水洗2min,浓度110异,L的强氧化性酸酸洗15min,水洗3min。该条件下嵌件-树脂结合力达到60MPa以上,可明显提高超高压(330—1000kV)和特高压(直流电压≥±800kV,交流电压≥1000kV)电器绝缘件的质量稳定性。
The metal inserts of CT-R and 1700 epoxy castings were treated with the strong oxidizing acid. The effctes of acid concentration, temperature, cleanliness and other process parameters on the binding force of metal insert and resin were investigated by the tensile strength test. The results showed that the optimal treatment process for CT-R resin system were as follows: alkaline washing for 30 s,320 ml/L nitric acid treating for 30 s,hot water washing for 2 min, 110 g/L strong oxidizing acid washing for 15 min,water washing for 3 min. Under these conditions,the binding force of insert and resin reached 60 MPa or more and the quality stability of electrical insulating pieces could be significantly improved under extra-high voltage (330-1 000 kV) and ultra high voltage (DC voltages≥800 kV,AC voltage ≥ 1 000 kV).
