摘要
纤维缠绕压力容器加卸载后的残余变形趋势研究,对提高制品的尺寸稳定性及满足压力容器的合格性认证均有重要指导意义。分析了钛内衬材料性能参数对纤维缠绕压力容器轴向残余变形趋势的影响。针对等张力缠绕压力容器,采用变角度、变厚度的精细化建模方法,建立了碳纤维螺旋加环向缠绕压力容器的筒身和封头段模型。测试了钛内衬材料在不同屈服强度下的力学性能曲线,并利用有限元模型分析了不同材料性能参数所对应的压力容器加卸载后的轴向残余变形。结果表明,经过给定的加卸载过程后,纤维缠绕压力容器总体沿轴向缩短;并且,钛内衬材料屈服强度的改变对容器轴向残余变形量有着显著的影响。
The investigation on axially residual deformation of filament wound pressure vessels has a great significance for improving the dimensional stability of the produced vessels and satisfying the pressure vessel certification. In this paper,the influence of the material properties of the titanium liner on the residual deformation of the isotensoid pressure vessel was evaluated. The accurate modeling method was used to create the cylindrical and dome sections for a helically and hoop overwound pressure vessel. The stress-strain curves of the titanium liners with various yield strength values were experimentally obtained and then substituted into the created finite element model.The axially residual deformation of the pressure vessels corresponding to various liner strengths was calculated. The results show that the filament wound pressure vessel became short in the axial direction after the given loading / unloading procedure. The change in the yield strength of the titanium liner has a remarkable effect on the axially residual deformation of filament wound pressure vessels.
