基于响应曲面法的热芯缠绕芯模结构优化

摘要 热芯缠绕工艺是实现复合材料壳体高效缠绕的新工艺,内加热芯模温度均匀性是保证制品成型质量的关键。以该工艺中的缠绕芯模为研究对象,选择小孔位置为优化变量,利用Box-Behnken试验设计方法设计一个三因素三水平的试验方案,对每个方案进行Fluent数值模拟,在芯模上标定温度跟踪点,计算芯模外表面温度跟踪点的均方差作为试验响应值。将得到的响应值利用最小二乘法拟合二阶响应曲面方程,利用统计分析软件Minitab分析得到最优位置组合。最后依据最优方案再次建模进行Fluent仿真验证。结果表明,模拟值与模型预测值吻合良好,芯模外表面温度均方差仅为1.96K,温度均匀性良好。 Heated mandrel winding is a new method which can achieve composite shell efficient winding. The temperature uniformity of heated mandrel surface is a very significant factor which influences the quality of the composite shell. In this paper,we select heated mandrel as the research object and take the location of mandrel little hole as the optimization variable. We design three factors three levels of test scheme based on Box-Behnken design methods. Then,based on this scheme,Fluent numerical simulation was carried out. Setting temperature trace points on mandrel and writing down the temperature value of these trace points,we calculate the temperature mean square error( MSE) and take MSE values as the response value. By fitting second order response surface equation,using statistical software Minitab to analyze the best position combination,and eventually,following the best scheme to do Fluent simulation,the results showed that model predicted values were in good agreements with simulation values.The temperature MSE of mandrel surface is only 1.96 K and the temperature uniformity is good.
