低低温电除尘器二次扬尘分析及解决措施 被引量:11

ANALYSIS AND SOLVING MEASURES OF DUST RE-ENTRAINMENT ON LOW-LOW TEMPERATURE ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR

摘要 低低温电除尘技术二次扬尘增加,必须采取相应措施才能发挥其高除尘效率。分析了低低温电除尘器二次扬尘的特点和国外采取的措施及研究现状,包括离线振打、旋转电极技术两种解决方法。提出了新型解决低低温电除尘器二次扬尘的方法,即优化振打系统,并将该技术在长兴电厂低低温电除尘器中的应用作了重点阐述,成功解决了该项目的二次扬尘问题。 Dust re-entrainment is an important problem in low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator( LLT-ESP) technology and measures should be taken to get the high collection efficiency of PM. By analyzing the characteristics and research situation at abroad of LLT-ESP,two solving measures of dust re-entrainment were used including moving electrode type electrostatic precipitator( MEEP) and optimized rapping method. The paper provided a new measure named optimized rapping method to solve the dust re-entrainment in LLT-ESP,then emphasized the optimized rapping method and solved the dust reentrainment on Changxing LLT-ESP item.
