“组合火焰型”焦炉大气主要污染物排放特征分析 被引量:2

THE ANALYSIS OF MAIN ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTANTS EMISSION CHARACTERISTICS FROM THE COMBIFLAME COKE OVEN

摘要 为了研究"组合火焰型"焦炉对大气环境的实际影响,通过实测主要污染物排放浓度,对其排放规律及达标情况进行分析。结果表明:颗粒物有组织排放浓度特征规律为,筛焦处>备煤处>焦炉烟囱>装煤处>推焦处;SO2、NOx有组织排放浓度特征规律为,焦炉烟囱>推焦处>装煤处;BaP有组织排放浓度特征规律为,装煤处>推焦处>焦炉烟囱;装煤处、推焦处以BaP污染为主,焦炉顶以NOx污染为主。受装煤、出焦的双重影响,颗粒物无组织排放由塔南向塔北浓度逐渐降低,BaP、BSM在装煤塔两侧浓度水平相当。在生产负荷大于90%的情况下,所测污染物排放浓度均能达标且优于传统型焦炉,在BaP、BSM控制方面具有明显优势。 In order to evaluate the effects of combiflame type coke oven on the atmospheric environment, the emissions profiles and standards-compliant were analyzed by measuring concentrations of major pollutants. The results showed that the organized emission of PM of each part followed order of coke screening 〉 coal preparing 〉 coke oven chimney 〉 coal loading 〉 coke pusher. The organized emission of SO2 ,NOx followed the order of coke oven chimney 〉 coke pusher 〉 coal preparing. The BaP organized emission followed the order of coal preparing 〉 coke pusher 〉 coke oven chimney. BaP pollution mainly occurred in coal preparing and coke pusher, while NOx pollution on the top of coke oven. By the dual effects of coal and coke, the unstructured PM concentration gradually reduced from the northem side to the southem side of tower, and the BaP and BSM concentration levels were equal on both sides of the coal tower. Under the condition of production load higher than 90% , the measured concentration of pollutants were better than the traditional coke oven, with the obvious advantage in BaP and BSM control.
