学术抑或市场:博士生培养模式变革的逻辑与路径 被引量:23

摘要 博士生培养受学术逻辑与市场逻辑的影响。学术逻辑要求博士生培养以学术为本,市场逻辑要求博士生培养适应市场需求。随着大学外部环境的变化,大学学术内涵本身及知识生产方式的改变使得博士生培养的学术逻辑也发生了变化。变化后的学术逻辑与市场逻辑有交叉也有分离,且二者在不断的交互作用过程中实现了博士生培养模式变革的逻辑平衡。由于学术逻辑是博士生培养的内生逻辑,其对博士生培养的影响和控制力度要大于外生的市场逻辑。因此,为了实现并保持博士生培养学术逻辑与市场逻辑的平衡,需要对博士生培养进行劳动力市场校准,以实现博士生培养在博士数量和质量上的劳动力市场校准目标。 Doctoral training was influenced by the academic logic and the market logic. The academic logic required doctoral training to be academic-oriented, while the market logic required doctoral training to be market-oriented. With the transformation of external environment, the change of the concept of academic and knowledge production mode also made the academic logic of doctoral training altered. Nowadays, the academic logic had crossing points as well as contradictions with the market logic, and they achieved the logic balance in the change of doctoral training. Because the academic logic was the inner logic, whose influ- ence and control was stronger than the external logic of market. Therefore, to balance the academic logic and the market logic, it should align the labor market of doctoral training, keeping quantity and quality of doctoral graduates in accordance with social demands.
