摘要
为降低中型高压电机制造成本,采用铸铝转子替代铜排转子。根据铸铝转子的特性,以高磁密、低热负荷和电负荷设计定转子槽形,优化转子内外风路结构的设计,计算电机内外风路需风量、需风压和电机冷却器的散热面积。从经典型规格试验数据分析中可以看出,铸铝转子性能参数符合考核标准要求。
In order to lower the manufacturing cost of the medium-sized HV motor,the copper-bar rotor can be replaced by a cast-aluminum one.Based on its characteristics,the design of the slot shape of the rotor is featured by high flux density and low thermal and electrical loads.The design of the structure of the internal and external ventilation circuits of the rotor has been optimized.The air quantity and wind pressure needed for the circuits as well as the heat dissipation area of the cooler of the motor have been calculated.The analysis of the test data of the prototypes of typical specifications shows that the performance parameters of the cast-aluminum rotor satisfy the assessment criteria.
