摘要
将熵权法与TOPSIS法结合,综合评价基于多场景的输电网规划方法得出的一系列规划方案,从而客观科学地在众多备选方案中得到一个最为合理的综合决策方案,通过算例分析证明了方法的合理性和有效性。
By combining the entropy weight method with the TOPSIS,this article introduces the choice of the soundest scheme of the comprehensive decision-making among several alternatives based on the comprehensive assessment of the planning schemes for the transmission network under multi-scenarios,which has been proved rational and valid through analyses of numerical examples.
