摘要
将灰靶方法引入电能质量评价,结合相关指标,提出了电能质量综合评判方法。采用改进灰靶理论对电能等级进行划分,使用层次分析法和熵权法求出各指标线性加杈组合权重,并计算各待评样本与标准样本之间的靶心度距离,建立了电能质量综合评价模型。实际算例表明:应用本文提出方法得出的评价结果客观、合理,同时验证了该方法的正确性、有效性。
This article introduces the application of the gray target theory in power quality evaluation as well as putting forward a method for the comprehensive evaluation of power quality based on relevant indexes.The improved gray target theory has been used in dividing power quality levels,the AHP and the EM have been applied in obtaining the linear combination weights of the indexes,the approaching degrees between the unevaluated samples and the standard samples have been calculated,and the comprehensive evaluation model of power quality has been established.The actual examples have not only shown the objectivity and rationality of the evaluation results based on the method introduced in this article but also verified its validity and effectiveness.
