高校大礼堂更新改造初探

Preliminary Exploration for Auditorium Renewal and Alteration in Universities

当前我国高等院校的历史建筑存在着不同程度的老化破损,设备陈旧、使用率低等情况,在功能和规模上也已无法满足当今高校师生正常教学需求。盲目拆除重建又会破坏校园原始风貌,造成资源浪费,不符合建设节约型社会的基本原则。该文通过阐述高校大礼堂的建筑特点,总结归纳出改造大礼堂的一般性原则,为高校大礼堂更新改造提供参考借鉴。对高校旧建筑进行更新改造设计,既可以延续高校历史文脉,也可以实现高校的可持续发展。

Today with the passage of time, historical buildings in higher schools are damaged to different degrees, along with conditions of outdated equipment and low usage rate. These buildings cannot meet the demands of normal teaching. Blind demolition and reconstruction will destroy campus original appearance, resulting in a waste of resources, which does not comply with the basic principles of building a conservation-oriented society. In this paper, through the characteristics of the building elaborate auditorium in colleges and universities, it sums up the general principles to reform the auditorium, which provides the reference for the university auditorium renovation. The university old building renovation design can be a continuation of the university historical context, also can realize the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
