摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在急诊抢救护理记录书写质量中的应用。方法运用品管圈工具,采取人员培训、修订记录单,提高急诊护理记录质量。结果急诊护理记录单质量显著提高,急诊抢救护理记录单不规范率由29.2次/百人降低至10.1次/百人。结论开展品管圈活动不仅提高了急诊病人护理记录质量,同时还提高了圈员的团队精神、巩固了专业理论知识。
Objective To explore the application of QCC activities in the emergency treatment of nursing record writing quality . Methods To train personnel, revise record sheet and improve the quality of emergency care record with the help of QCC. Result The quality of emergency nursing records was significantly improved . Records are from 29.2 to 10.1/a hundred people. Conclusion Not only the quality of nursing records in the emergency patients but also the team spirit should be improved and at the same time professional knowledge should be consolidated.
