农产品绿色流通产业融资问题研究与展望

A Review of Green Agricultural Product Circulation's Financing Problems and Some Prospects

伴随农产品市场化程度日益深化,影响我国农业发展瓶颈由生产领域逐渐转向流通领域。如何有效地引导资金发展农产品绿色流通产业,成为搞活流通、扩大内需、提高人民生活水平的战略抉择。文章从融资困境、融资方式及融资效率三个维度对我国农产品绿色流通产业发展的投融资问题进行梳理与展望,指出当前需进一步加强对农产品绿色流通产业线上线下供应链融资模式及其组织管理绩效评价体系等方面的深入研究,以促进农产品商流、物流、资金流、信息流及价值流的协调统一发展。

With the enhancement of agricultural product＇s marketability, the bottleneck that influences agricultural development has shifted from the production to the circulation. So, how to guide the fund to the effective development of green agricultural product circulation has become the strategic choice in that it will raise the people＇s living standards, invigorate the circulation and expand domestic demand. The paper summarizes and foresees financing issues of green agricultural product circulation from the financing difficulties, ways and efficiency, and points out that we must strengthen the research of OTO supply chain financing pattern and the performance evaluation system, etc, so as to promote the coordinated development of agricultural product business flow, logistics, cash flow, information flow and the value stream.
