中部地区流通产业发展格局的演化及其影响因素

Evolution of the Development Situation of the Circulation Industry in the Central Region and Its Affecting Factors

流通产业是现代国民经济发展的基础和先导产业,中部地区实现中部崛起战略需要优先发展流通产业。利用中部六省1994-2013年相关数据分析发现,湖北省流通产业发展水平始终处于领先地位,湖南、江西、安徽、河南、山西五省流通产业发展水平和位次在不同时期具有不同的变化。进一步通过影响因素机理分析和构建线性计量模型实证研究发现,中部六省流通产业发展格局的改变,主要受到地区之间经济总量、经济增长方式、城镇化进程、国际化水平、居民收入水平以及流通产业基础设施等重要因素的影响,但具体到其中省份,其影响因素又各有差异。由此,中部各省需要针对各自省情特点,以流通产业发展水平最高区域为参照,合理制定有利政策,助推本地区流通产业加速发展。

the circulation industry is a basic and leading industry in the modern economy development, the central region of China need to give priority to the development of circulation industry in order to realize the strategy of central rise. Using the relevant data of the 1994-2013 years of six provinces in the central region of China, this paper found that the circulation industry development of Hubei province has always been at the leading position, and the positions of the circulation industry development of Jiangxi province, Anhui province, Hunan province, Henan province and Shanxi province have different changes in different periods. Further, through mechanism analysis of affecting factors and the empirical research by the construction of linear measurement model, this paper discover the spatial changes of the level of the circulation industry development of the six provinces of central region are affected mainly by the economic output, the mode of economic growth, urbanization, the level of internationalization, the income level of residents, the circulation industry infrastructure and other important factors of between areas, but the affecting factors of the circulation industry development among the specific provinces are different, each province needs to make reasonable policy based on their respective characteristics in order to boosting the circulation industry development.
