摘要
为筛选到能在烟草体内稳定定殖并且对烟草根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)具有明显抑杀活性的烟草内生生防细菌,从5株对全齿复活线虫(Panagrellus redivivus)具有明显致死活性的供试内生细菌中筛选出对根结线虫校正致死率达99%以上的活性菌株WY7和CJ20。活性菌株发酵液的杀线虫活性在12 h内随处理时间的延长而升高,随着稀释倍数的的增加而降低。温室盆栽试验结果表明,5株杀线虫内生细菌中有4株对烟草根结线虫病防效大于50%,其中,以CJ20对烟草根结线虫病的防效最好,防效为67.5%。烟草内生菌是一类重要的烟草根结线虫生防资源。
WY7 and C J20 with control effect of over 99% on Meloidogyne spp were screened out of five strains of endophytic bacteria which had obvious mortality effect on Panagrellus redivivus. Results showed that the activity of endophytic bacteria increased with prolonged treatment time within 12 hours and decreased as dilution rates rose. Results of greenhouse experiments showed that the control effect of WY11, WY13, WY7, WY9 reached more than 50%. CJ20 was the most effective strain against Meloidogyne spp. with control effect up to 67.5%. Of the biocontrolling agents, endophytic bacteria proved to be one of the most important microbial resources.
