大学生手机依赖现状分析及预防策略

Analysis of College Students' Mobile Phone Addiction and Preventive Strategies

为研究大学生手机依赖现状,找出预防和矫治策略,采用大学生手机依赖量表对本科生、法律类高职生、其他高职生747名进行了测试。在受访学生中,法律类高职院校学生对手机的依赖最为严重;性别上,女生比男生对手机依赖更为严重;生源上,外省的大学生比本省对手机依赖更为严重;经济条件方面,经济条件较好的学生比经济条件中等和差的对手机依赖更为严重;省级城市的大学生比农村和其他城市的手机依赖严重;专业分布上,计算机和治安管理专业的学生比电气化专业的手机依赖更为严重。根据分析结果,可以从个人、家庭、学校和社会等4个方面提出预防策略。

This paper focuses on the research of the addiction situation of college students on mobile phones and proposes some prevention and correction strategies. A questionnaire of mobile phone addiction was carried out among 747 college students,including students from universities and higher vocational colleges. The result shows that the addiction to mobile phones among students from Higher Vocational College of Law is the most serious. From the aspect of sex distribution,girls’ addiction is more serious than that of boys; from where the students come from,the addiction situation is more serious among the students from other provinces than the local students; from the aspect of economic condition,the addition is more serious among students from well-off families than those from average or low income families,and it is more serious among students from provincial cities than that of students from smaller cities and countryside; from the aspect of majors,students majoring in Computer and Public Security Management are more addicted to cell phones than those majoring in Electrification. According to the above results,some suggestion for preventing and correcting mobile phone addiction are put forth from four aspects,including individual,family,school and society.
